Healing Modalities

Modern medicine can be quite effective in treating symptoms, but in order to really heal, we must address the deeper, underlying issues that drive your troubling symptoms. I use evidence-based modalities. My favorite are Brainspotting & EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). These brain / body therapies help to increase your connection to your truth, release trauma, re-write the self-defeating stories you carry, and remove what is blocking you from growth.

Together, we can adjust the way that your brain & body hold information about yourself and the world. This allows you to let go of self-defeating thoughts and behaviors- even the ones you think could never change! We can gently resolve the questions basic to your existence: questions about your worth, responsibility, safety, value, purpose and mortality. You will learn how to let emotions move through you, instead of getting stuck.
